2 – The club’s board of directors approved the football academy regulation that was laid down and the provisions mentioned therein.

3 – A strategic plan for the Academy has been developed and 90% of the goals have been achieved, and it consists of four main criteria

The first criterion: the club, and it includes (6) axes:

v Coach

v Capabilities

v Measurement and evaluation

v Leadership and governance

v Social aspects

v Knowledge development (intellectual)

The second criterion: the family, which includes (5) axes:

v Declaration and commitment.

v Transactions.

v Sports awareness.

v Knowledge development of aspects of sport.

v Spreading a culture (sport is a way of life)

The third criterion: the practitioner, and it includes (4) axes:

v Development of physical aspects and identification of appropriate measurements.

v Developing skillful performances and setting up measurements tests.

v Improve the efficiency of functional devices and continuous evaluation.

v Attention to voluntary features from a psychological point of view

The fourth criterion: the school, and includes (3) axes:

v Follow-up to the level of the practitioner with the school administration

v Encouraging the distinguished and helping the struggler.

v Amending some behaviors that affect the learning process.

– A plan for friendly matches was established with the teams of first-class clubs and football academies of European clubs in Egypt during the two seasons (2018, 2019).
5 – The Olympia club management was approved to host the Al-Ahly Academy teams on the club’s stadiums, which had the greatest impact in choosing the Al-Ahly club for the two teams of the Olympia club: Yassin Tamer Fayad, Yassin Abu Samra, to join Al-Ahly teams through a pre-contracting period of living.
6 – The club administration was approved to obtain the Egyptian Football Association’s license for the academy, and thus the first and only academy in Damietta to be licensed from the relevant federation.
7- FIFA World Cup Championship (2010, 2009, 2008, 2007 AD) in the FIFA World Cup Championship (2018-2019), financing the World Football Championship (2008 CE) and (2007 AD), and empowering Captain / Saad Al Shahawi, The Egyptian Federation Award for Best Coach in the Academies League for Stage (2008 AD), or as the Best Coach in the Academies League for Stage (2007 AD)

– The Olympia Club administration equipped the Damietta Youth Center Stadium (the square) with a legal playground with all the necessary training tools to develop the level of buds within the academy, as well as preparing and operating the Olympia Club stadium in New Damietta for member buds, and preparing and operating the first zone stadium in New Damietta for members and non-members buds for all phases of age This is to provide an opportunity for all the Sunni stages in the various regions of Damietta and outside to exercise and ease of moving to the training places..

In implementation of the friendly matches plan, Academy A teams, Academy B teams, and Baraem Academy for the season (2018, 2019) were met with the following clubs and academies:

First: first-class clubs:

A – Al-Ahly Club. (Two meetings, the first on the stadiums of Nai Olympia, the second on the stadiums of Al-Ahly, Nasr City)

B – Zamalek Club.

C – Ismaili Club.

D – The Egyptian Club. (Two meetings on the Egyptian club stadiums in Port Said)

Second: European team academies in Egypt:

A – Liverpool Academy. (Two encounters at the Liverpool Academy Stadiums)

B – Dutch Feyenoord Academy

C – Paris Saint-Germain Academy. (Budain was born in 2007 AD to participate with the Paris Saint-Germain team in the camp in France)

Third: Distinguished Academies:

A – Caesar’s Academy (Captain / Hosni Abd Rabu)

B – Zaki Academy (Captain / Amr Zaki)

C – Chico Academy, Dakahlia Branch.

5 – The Board of Directors of Olympia Sports Club obtained the necessary approvals to publicize the club, and the club was already announced, which allowed the participation of all academic teams of all the tournaments organized by the Egyptian Football Association and the tournaments organized by the football region in Damietta Governorate.

The Board of Directors of the Olympia Club decided on 2/15/2020 the following: –

A – Complete separation between all branches of the Academy (Olympia Club for members branch), (Damietta People’s Square branch for members and non-members), (Oly Club branch for members and non-members in New Damietta).

B – Separating the academies sector (practice) from the difference sector (buds, budding).

C – Formation of the buds sector (2011, 2010, 2009) and preparing the team (2012 AD).

D – Formation of a junior sector in my team (2008, 2007 AD).

E – Opening a door for girls to join the Football Academy (practice), born (2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009)

F – Establishing a private academy to train goalkeepers.

G – Establishing a team of the first girls within (6) months from the date of editing the administrative decision.

11 – Participation of Olympia club teams in the Baraem League, which is organized by the Egyptian Football Association (Season 2019-2020).
