About swimming activity:

Swimming is one of the most popular sports and most practiced by athletes. Some of them consider it the pinnacle of pleasure and sports that provide them with vigor and vitality all the time.

Swimming benefits:

1 – Swimming is useful for relieving stress and relaxing the body and mind.

2 – Swimming works to elastic muscles in the arms, legs, chest and back.

3 – Exercising for half an hour daily strengthens the heart and reduces cholesterol.

4- Swimming makes the heart and lungs in good air condition.

Swimming in the club:

The swimming activity receives all the support from the club management, as it is one of the biggest activities of the club and one of the most important steps that have been taken to support the swimming activity.

1 – Adopting the project (My son is a champion) to care for the talented in the activity from inside and outside the club.

2 – Draft certificate of champions for distinguished swimmers.

3 – The club hosts many championships (Baraem Championships – Area Championship).

4 – The club supported the activity with many technical managers with great experience, whether Egyptian or foreign, such as:
